            BAHRIA KARACHI MARKET UPDATE

BTK2 has gone through a testing phase since past month which proved to be a flop show as i expected and predicted but BTK1 still has to show the potential it possesses. Time has proved it's market still intact as the rates have come to a certain limit where we don't see rates going down any further and have come to a halt. Vulnerability is still depending upon country's economic conditions which doesn't seem to provide a realistic opportunity for the investors. Dark clouds are still looming above most of the market places and real estate can't be excluded from that list.

But what can be done right now is a mysterious question no one is ready to answer. Policy rates are also expected to be raised by the government as the need for cash inflow right now is greater than ever. Stock market is also crippling which has brought another fallen army in the market. That's why the question will remain unanswered until our direction is decided by top brass.

WHAT CAN BE DONE NOW?

Wait. Wait and wait are the only options you're left with. All those investors having some properties on excellent locations can take a nap until mid of this year as market may not pick up pace before Eid coming April.

Still there may be some of my valued clients who don't have the holdings which fall in the index of good location. Or the ones who may be in need of an exit due to any circumstances they're facing.

All I can say for them is that things won't always remain the same. Rates have plunged in a same manner for the whole market, only a few certain portions weren't targeted by fate. A tough decision always brings out better results. Make a prompt choice, get rid of your undervalued property and reinvest wisely.

And those opportunists who have the courage to test the grieving market will come out as winners in near future as we can assure you that Bahria town Karachi is still a winning product if you make your choice with rationale.
